Where are you based?

We’re proudly based in Retford, Nottinghamshire, and deliver across the surrounding region. We offer free delivery on orders over £50 within a 25-mile radius of Retford.

What hardwood is included in your dried nets and bulk bags?

Our hardwood is a premium blend of Oak and Ash, kiln dried to burn hotter, cleaner and more efficiently with minimal smoke.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a range of payment options including card payments and bank transfer for your convenience.

Which firewood is best for me, seasoned or kiln dried?

Kiln dried hardwood = highest heat, cleanest burn, easiest to light
Seasoned hardwood = longer burn, great value, reliable heat
Seasoned softwood = fast ignition, strong flames, great for outdoors

All options are under 20% moisture, so it comes down to burn speed, heat level, and your fire setup.

What types of firewood do you supply?

We supply seasoned hardwood logs, seasoned softwood logs, kiln dried hardwood logs, and dried kindling, along with premium fire-starting essentials like natural firelighters.

How should I store my firewood?

We recommend storing logs in a dry, well-ventilated area, off the ground, and ideally under cover. This helps maintain low moisture and ensures the best burn quality.

Is your firewood ready to burn?

Yes, all of our firewood is carefully seasoned or kiln dried and moisture-checked to ensure it's under 20%, meaning it arrives ready to burn straight away.

Do you offer a log stacking service?

We do! Our Stacking Service is available per bulk bag for a small charge. Our team will stack your logs neatly in your chosen spot, so they're organised and easy to access.
